Made from 25mm webbing, the Swing Gym is designed as a 'go anywhere' workout. It is fantastic for shoulder strength and core stability exercises.

It is currently used by both individual and teams sports including Super 14 Rugby, NRL and AFL footballers, elite swimmers and Academy athletes. It is ideal for sportspeople who find themselves on the road for large parts of their season as they have an easy to use method of maintaining their strength. This is all part of our goal to improve performance of an athlete or individual by allowing them the ability to train at the highest levels even when access to the gym is not possible, and would be a fantastic addition to the individual who would like to maintain their strength levels at home.
