Stretchband

A simple tool designed by physiotherapists that assists people to use the correct body positioning during stretching. Made of high tension webbing, stretch bands are available in three sizes and are suitable for use by all individuals. By including a regular flexibility programme into your exercise routine you can:

• Improve recovery after exercise
• Increase joint range of motion
• Decrease muscle tension/soreness
• Improve your ability to relax
• Improve circulation
• Improve posture

A poster with comprehensive stretching programme and guidelines is included with each product.

Height recommendations:

• Small (red) less than 170cm
• Medium (blue) 170cm – 190cm
• Large (green) greater than 190cm

Please Note: How flexible are you? Can you almost touch your toes from standing - then go with the band for your height. If however you are unable to get to your ankles, then you are probably quite stiff and should purchase a band one size larger than your height would indicate.
