Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept any major credit or debit card payments via PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule We aim to post your order straight away and use the most cost effective shipping method, where your order can be tracked and traced. However if your order is especially urgent, please contact us and we can arrange for a Next Day Delivery in the UK, providing your order is received before 4pm that day. There will be a separate charge for this which will depend on the size of the order.
UK Mainland:
Up to 999g will be sent Second Class Recorded Delivery, signature required, track and trace, delivery within 3 working days.
Over 1kg will be sent First Class Recorded Delivery, signature required, track and trace, delivery within 2 working days.
Over 2kg will be sent via Courier, signature required, track and trace, delivery within 3 working days.
Europe and Non UK Mainland:
Airmail - no tracking or guarantee, delivery can take up to 5 working days.
Airsure - signature required, track and trace, delivery within 2 working days.
Rest of the World:
International Signed For - signature required, no tracking, delivery within 4 working days.
Courier Service - signature required, track and trace, delivery within 3 working days. |

Returns Policy The rules for returning an item, at cost price, are as follows:
* Must not be used - we will NOT refund for used items!
* You will pay the return postage
* 30 day time limit. No returns, or faulty item credits will be accepted after 30 days from the time of issue.
* This policy applies to any item purchased from Body Logic Supplies, either by phone, email, website, mail. The policy applies to both retail and trade customers.
Faulty items
All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given. We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
